Embodying the mentality of abundance creates a deep state of knowing, allowing oneself to exist in an endless space of opportunity. When we live with the mindset that "there is not enough to go around" or "I never have enough", we exist in the world of scarcity. When we adopt the scarcity mentality we tend to pull back from our goals only to satisfy immediate needs which may only provide limited results. The scarcity mentality maintains the personal framework of "I live in the real world", only to nourish a pessimistic circumstantial viewpoint. What if I was to say that the world actually is what you make it? If we can create a pessimistic world, is it fair to say that you can create an optimistic world, re-framing what the "real world is"? When we live with the mindset of abundance, we create a world of endless opportunity, a world that releases us of the stresses of unnecessary competition. Living with abundance allows us to release judgment, raising our energy levels to a much more creative space. We be become more inclusive, finding the value in all those around us. When living with the abundance mentality, we have greater success in developing consensus among teams, improve our personal relationships, and learn how to live with more joy in our lives. Dr. Stephen M.R. Covey says "abundance is a choice" from the book "The Speed of Trust". How true it is that abundance is a choice, we choose every moment of our life, the fact is that we are exactly where we are today created from our thoughts, and the choices we make. When we choose scarcity, we are choosing to worry, creating unnecessary stress and possibly leading toward anxiety. So, how does oneself create the abundance mentality framework? Creating an abundance framework, like all other philosophical view points, requires embodiment, one must truly adopt the concept that "there is always enough". When you embark on this journey in creating a much more effective framework, you will be challenged with old thoughts and beliefs, your inner critic will try to keep you safe by telling you to stay in "the real world"; lean into this fear, build momentum in creating the life that you want, this will only build on the courage you already have. Imagine releasing worry, attracting more than you give, and living as the best version of yourself. When you adopt abundance you relinquish doubt, elevating your level of awareness to a place of acceptance and true freedom. Super Awesome Stuff! Jeff Saal CPC, ELI-MP Are you curious about coaching?
