Do you feel like your in a rut, and are ready to get out of it?
Everyone goes through it, the continuous spiral leading us away from accomplishing tasks, and reaching goals. Perhaps this spiral leaves us feeling completely absent in life, driving us further from what actually places meaning in our lives. Whatever shape this rut has taken for you, the fact is it's a rut, and like a truck's wheel stuck in the mud, no matter how hard you try to get out of the rut, you sink deeper. Are you ready to get out of your rut?
When your in a rut it seems impossible to find moments of clarity, which lead to an opportunity driven mindset; this is due to a low level resonating energy level where fatigue, stress, depression, and lack of motivation live. When we resonate at this lower level energy, it creates a fog impeding us from being fully engaged with life. So how do you get out of this rut? You first need to begin raising our energy levels, and this starts with your mindset.
Lets start with some concepts and practices that can break the cycle. Start by expressing gratitude, this is one surefire way to begin elevating your energy level toward a more constructive thought process; take a moment in self-care, and think of what you are grateful for. Be kind to yourself, know that you are your own unique self and deserve living your fullest potential. Consider meditation, it not only lowers stress, but allows you to collect your thoughts, and has an instant impact on your energy levels. As you engage in self-care, you will notice that the "fog" begins to dissipate, and your thoughts become more clear, this is the time to start assessing what it is that you actually want, and begin taking reasonable action steps toward getting out of your rut.
When you resonate at a higher, more constructive energy level, you begin to leave judgment behind, and tap into your creative process. You will be more effective in identifying what places true meaning in your life, doing the things that you want to do, and leading a happier life. When your in this creative space, brainstorm, write down what comes to mind, this will be helpful when developing a goal, and a plan of action. When your ready move forward, start with a small step, a step that you know you can accomplish leading you closer toward your goal. Challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, before you know it you will have effectively climbed out of your rut.
