What are you doing today for tomorrow? The key is not being so future focused that we forget to live in the present, but to make progress in the present leading toward achieving what it is that we want. When we create goals it can be very easy to slip into a space of being so future focused that the goal begins to not seem realistic, or achievable. Living in the future can create an anxiety mostly due to the fact that we are attached to the outcome, attached to something that has not completely manifested itself. When we feel this sense of anxiety, we then determine that the goal was perhaps just a dream or a fantasy, and we give up on achieving said goal. It can be a very difficult task not to be attached to outcomes; however, success is in actually taking action steps, which will lead you closer towards achieving your goal. We cannot control outcomes, but we can control what it is that we are actually doing in the present moment; instead be attached to what you are actually doing, the steps building the pathway toward manifesting your goal. Start by identifying what it is you are trying to accomplish, then imagine how you would feel if you have already accomplished your goal; when you do this you raise your energy allowing you to creatively begin plotting the necessary steps toward achieving your goal. Take in consideration everything that is going on in your life, and ask yourself are, these steps a reasonable approach given the totality of circumstances in your life. Now is the accountability, begin plotting on a schedule the steps you identified toward accomplishing your goal. Believe it or not, but scheduling is one of the most neglected aspects in goal achievement, prioritize your steps by marking the time sensitive tasks, and the most important tasks. I personally, am a very checklist oriented person, I love checking things off, it gives me a sense of accomplishment, and I even celebrate a personal victory every time. As you are on your journey toward goal manifestation, your are experiencing success everyday as you live in the present moment. Remember, success is in the journey not the outcome, as you navigate your life in the present moment, you will be able to make the appropriate adjustments through self assessment; this is the method of identifying what is working and what isn't working, allowing you to manipulate the direction you want to go. This is your amazing life, you deserve to live as the best version of yourself, and experience happiness. Lean into to your fears, and begin to create the meaning you want in your life.
